Botly is a free anonymous random-stranger chat service. This page explains how to delete your account, profile, and chat data — both for users who signed in via Facebook Login on the web and users of the Telegram bot.

What gets deleted
- Your user account (Facebook App-Scoped User ID, name, email, profile picture)
- Profile fields (nickname, age, sex)
- All text messages you sent or received in any chat pair
- Aggregate counters (total pairs, total messages sent)
How to request deletion
A. Web / Facebook users — email request
Email info@itsbotly.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Include:
- Your Facebook profile name
- The platform you used (Web — Facebook Login)
- Optional: your Facebook App-Scoped ID (we will look up your data if omitted)
We confirm deletion via email within 30 days of receiving the request.
B. Telegram users — in-bot command
Open @botlymn_bot in Telegram and send /delete_me. Confirm the prompt — your data is wiped immediately.
Retention exceptions
We may retain a small subset of data for legal compliance (moderation, abuse prevention, court orders). Such data is anonymized and not associated with the deleted user's identifiers.
